Shipping Info
Please be informed that customers in Sabah and Sarawak need to contact us for shipping charge before ordering.
Most of our parts are shipped via POS LAJU .
There are also instances when we may use other carriers.
The standard Shipping is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time may vary according to the location of the
delivery.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Public holidays.
Exchange / Return
PLEASE NOTE:
We will not refund your order simply
because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere.
If you are
concerned about availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us
before placing your order.
We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your
order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of
receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not
received back from us within 30 days after we have received them, this policy
will be strictly adhered to.
